Last updated: 19 October 2026
1. Who is responsible
Erik Emanuelsson, owner of Angelo Montana, Tiefenhofstrasse 20b, 8820 Wädenswil, Switzerland. Contact: erik@lagomplus.com. See also the imprint.
This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG / revFADP) and, where it applies to visitors from the EU/EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Data we collect
- Contact form: name, email, optional dates, number of guests and your message. Used only to answer your question.
- Emails: we send you a confirmation and forward your message to the owner.
- Visitor statistics: anonymous, aggregated page views (e.g. pages visited, country, device type) through our hosting provider's built-in analytics. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
- Server logs: technical data such as IP address and browser type, processed briefly for security and operation.
3. Legal basis
We process data to answer your inquiry and prepare a possible stay (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and for our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Under the nDSG, processing follows the principles of lawfulness, good faith and proportionality.
4. Service providers and transfers abroad
We use trusted providers to host the site, store form messages and send emails (Lovable and its infrastructure partners). We load fonts from Google Fonts, which shares your IP address with Google. Bookings are made on Airbnb, whose own privacy policy applies.
Some providers may process data outside Switzerland, for example in the EU or USA. Where needed, transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision such as the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Only technically necessary storage may be used for the site to work.
6. How long we keep data
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your question and any stay, and deleted at the latest after two years unless the law requires longer storage.
7. Your rights
You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and object to processing. Write to erik@lagomplus.com. You may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, your local data protection authority.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
